Welcome to Hector’s Restaurant & Bar, a laid-back beachfront spot on Bang Por where the sunsets are dramatic, the drinks are cold, and the seafood is worth staying for.
Named after Hector, a rather distinguished beach dog who grew up right here on this stretch of sand, the restaurant carries a bit of his personality – confident, calm, and slightly unimpressed by nonsense.
Hector doesn’t technically work here anymore… but he does drop by from time to time to inspect the place.
We like to think he approves.
